They never text me unless they need something Although I am now used to my routine and prefer not being disturbed, but they usually ask me to come over for whatever holiday for dinner, where I can get mogged to oblivion by cousins with their gf's so I usually decline, to their "disappointment". I live in total isolation outside of work and trips to the store. How the fuck can you even escape this if you looksmaxxed, it's so over for my mental health after doing this for years

I live more than 1000 nautical miles (1852 km) from the nearest family member.

I maintain minimal contact with my BPD mother, I exchange pictures of food with my dad (we both enjoy cooking) 3-5 times a week. I exchange random ideas with my younger brother once or twice a week. I don't often talk to any of them, we just message over Telegram or WhatsApp.
