The current administration is already trying to roll back a lot of these programs. They have tightened eligibility and reduced benefits under the banner of “fiscal responsibility”, to the delight of many white Americans, even though plenty of them are getting hit by the same cuts. They are even pressuring independent groceries not to offer discounts to people affected by the shutdown.

You are also behind on the lastest cuts to foreign aid (yeah they are bringing some back but you can see their intent). The US has already slashed multiple forms of assistance, and they are not finished yet. Foreign aid is not free chash in most cases aswell; It is a political investment used to secure influence, and gain access to resources for cheap.

Let's take an example that I am more familiar in france: they’ve been “helping” parts of Africa for decades, yet French companies still profit heavily from African resources (extremely cheap uranium, and export limits/ buyer restrictions for example) plus the CFA franc system. Let's also not forget the immense soft power that comes with aid aswell. Do you seriously think that the imperialist US is getting a worse deal than France?

And why would anyone side with their historic oppressors? That makes no sense to me. It is practically begging history to repeat itself. I will give you this though, whites definitely improved the living conditions of Black Americans over time, but lets be honest here, it was not entirely out of pure goodwill.
