I live a bit more up north so it won't affect me. The only people who get affected by these hurricanes are lower class neighborhoods, people who can't move out.
Nicer areas and wealthier people either leave for a bit or stay in the security of a home that was designed to be protected against hurricanes like these, as they are so frequent in the southeast
