The ideas displayed in the bible are literally cherry picked to suit the agenda of Emperor Constantine and the Roman Empire during the 4th century. Ever wonder why there is literally 0 criticism of slavery in the bible? Might have something to do with the economy of the guys who chose what goes in it relying on 80% slave labour. There are gospels that abhor slavery, but they were purposely omitted at the council of Nicea because Rome simply couldn’t function without slaves. A morally perfect God can write a book that perfectly outlines human moral code but forgot to include anything about owning other humans and subjecting them to forced labour? Oh well at least he says you can only beat a slave if he doesn’t die from his injuries in the proceeding 3 days, if he dies on the 4th no harm done! (This is literally in the bible).A "familiar" story doesn't constitute plagarism.
There are 0 contradictions, they are only portrayed as such because
A. The Bible has been erroneously translated, largely thanks to 5th century Latins
B. People take ideas and quotes out of their specific context to build their agenda
