If by any chance, you stumble on my posts and read my story, take notes and try to see if I fit into the autistic spectrum, based on your personal experience.
I understand that I am irrelevant, and this question is asking of you to invest in a person (you have better things to do), but please, if you ever can, do me the favor.

Were you a picky eater as a kid?

I do not remember. Depends on what you consider picky. I loved meat and rice when I was a kid, and still do. Hated veggies, potatoes, was not a fan of cheese/dairy.

I'm pretty sure most kids are picky eaters
I mean unusually so. Not just a normal toddler picky phase.

Didn't like cheese? Seems autistic.

This.

I interacted with an autistic child who took the bacon off a cheeseburger and discarded the rest.

Something unrelated to being picky. In my house we used to use toilet paper as "table paper", so when I was in other houses, and witnessed proper "paper" I would ask them for toilet paper instead.

:lul:
What is table paper though? Like napkins?

I was overly sexual from a young age, and developed weird fetishes....I was fixated on....shit...and anything toilet related. I would manipulate peers to peek them in toilets etc..

Are you Jewish?

Ye sorry, didn't know the English word xD

No, I am an olivenigger...greek.
I also used to obsess over irrelevant strings of info like street lamps....naming them and categorizing them by virtue of shape or colour. Btw I have been diagnosed 4 times with OCD but I really don't think that's the case.

The difference between OCD obsessions and autistic interests is whether they are ego-syntonic or ego-dystonic. That is, whether you enjoy them or they are part of a compulsive neurosis.

I, for one, have both OCD obsessions that are based in anxious thought patterns and that I dislike having, and autistic interests which fascinate me and I like having.

Mine were always ego-syntonic. The only case they were ego-dyntonic were during my teenage years, where I feared I was homosexual.

So, what with your pervasive interests and tendency to systemize, it is very likely that you are autistic.

Depending on where you live, this can open you up to services if you get diagnosed.

It is possible, however, that you merely have OCPD, which entails ego-syntonic orderliness but not autism.

For a lengthy period, I would get so obsessed with a particular ethnic group, that I would imitate their lifestyle, make friends, ask them questions, adopt their religions (informally) or their political beliefs.

I edited into my post above that a differential diagnosis for you is OCPD, which entails ego-syntonic orderliness and high conscientiousness but not necessarily autism.

But learning about foreign customs and groups is typical of those with autism, who are socially estranged from their locale and seek to blend into another.

How do you fare in motor skills, such as playing sports? And how are your verbal and spatial IQs?

The thing about IQ might be tricky here, because I was obsessed about my iq before I got officially tested, so doing online tests must have inflated it. My VCI and PRI differed by only one point( 116,115 respectively). My WMI 119 and PSI 124. Fine motor skills were not very different from average, but I have a physical disability so this might be a factor too for any possible difficulty.

It can not be OCPD...I am completely non-conscientious and disorder doesn't really bother me

Are you especially sensitive to sounds, sights, or smells? :feelswhere:

Not really, althrough I used to be very sensitive to smell when I was young (i could know by smell who was in the house, or which relative gifted us clothes)

You should go to a psychologist who specializes in testing autism/ADHD (and don't research the testing methods beforehand), lol.

It is important to go to one who specializes in this because many who don't will dismiss your apparent autism if you're refined enough in presentation.

yea ur not autistic if the world doesn't seem overwhelmingly vibrant in aesthetic, and chaotic in nature that cause anxiety attacks in crowded or busy situations and sensory overload from the extreme over stimulation of the world.

if you are autistic it would be very apparent because u would lack friends, lack interest, have a low IQ, and be a socially inept hermit that is too scared to leave the house.

How did you know I might search about the testing method (I understand the reasons as to why)? Forgot to say, but my parents used to think I might be autistic when I was a kid, but the developmental psychologists supposedly told them that I show no signs.

You revealed that you did so with IQ testing, above.

When I was young, I was not diagnosed with autism despite very clearly being autistic, because it wasn't the point where I was totally nonverbal and retarded. I was, however, diagnosed with ADHD.

ADHD and autism are very common co-morbidities, as are OCD and autism, so if you got diagnosed with the former of these sets, the latter should be given due consideration.

Yes, it was a stupid question from my part...I wish I knew what my IQ was though, but it seems I can not.

Do you not have mensa examination centres where you live. Surely there has to be one in most European countries, especially greek

I am already a Mensa member, which should, in combination with my previous posts, show that I can not really trust that there will be no practice effects. Plus, I got through GAMA 4 months ago with a similar result......fuck me, I am a clown.

Having a high IQ will often make one high in autistic traits, all else being equal. So you could be "sub-clinical."

As we've recently discovered in The Sewers, Adolf Hitler had very many autistic traits, but it did not disable him.

I am high in verbal IQ, but lower in spatial abilities, which is typical of those with Asperger's Syndrome.

I understand, but consider that mine might be inflated.
