I downloaded all the so-called "uncut" versions from pirate bay but it turned out they're just the normal versions with misleading title.

It exists. I've always wanted to play Manhunt 2 since the game released. You used to be able to buy the PC version off of Rockstar Warehouse for $20, but those days are long gone.

Some consider it abandonware at this point. You can probably safely download a torrent of it somewhere online.
