Can I get some men on this topic? I've been thinking about it quite recently, but I haven't been able to find a genuinely good reason, especially from a NEET perspective. I know that you probably won't go into war, as most cadets won't. I also know that it's good at teaching you information. But, you do fork over quite a few years of your life to a government or agency that 100% doesn't give 2 fucks about you, right? Or, am I missing something crucial here? What about your ease of access to quality goods, or entertainment? Do you guys feel pride for being in the military? Or is it just for that sweet cash? If anyone has already been in the army, how was it?

Alright. I’ll go ahead and give my two cents.

The military opens roads for you- if you genuinely have none to begin with. They’ll teach you a lot. Make you stronger. Make you lethal. It’s beyond cucked and you’re making a deal with the devil. But there are benefits to adopting a uniform of choice. Most definitely.

Do I endorse it? Fuck no. Don’t do it. Unless you seriously have nothing else. It’s not a life made for anyone. Early mornings, shit food. And your busting your ass for minimum wage and bosses who don’t care about you.

In the rare instance you basically say fuck you Sgtpinkie I do what What I want, then I suggest a comfy job. Like admin or low effort job like supply. Don’t do combat arms. Unless you want to actually fucking kill yourself, because trust me. They’ll do it for you.
