I used to be a turbosperg but I eventually learned how to behave somewhat NT although it's a bit forced. I think the key was realizing that there's nothing special about how normalfags act, rather they are very mundane and just following their insticts. If you view them as that, simply animals doing what they're programmed to, conforming to what's popular/socially acceptable, it's easier to mimic them.

Last time i spoke to a foid it was 5 years ago, to the nurse in the hospital. Before that 9 years also in the hospital, and before that in the elementary school. We are not used to talk to foids.

Exactly. Early life and everything from 16 onwards is very important. I could never develop socially, learn social cues, or have my first awkward kiss or sex… it’s over for me anyway bc of my ugliness, so why should I work out and eat healthy, it’s just a cope (to think I might ascend with a decent foid if I work out and eat healthy).
