Serious Tips to those that fear being homeless on the future.

I was close to being homeless years ago, hours away actually, but we were on the thin rope for months, here all i learned while we prepped for what we though was inevitable.

1-If possible, prep up a vehicle to serve as your bed, the back can be moved to make it a bit comfortable, also the front seats if they go back enough, free parking areas at night here were a local wallmart and other big stores that didn't had gates, just park away from the entrances so guards don't annoy you.

2-Getting a membership for gyms is the perfect way to have showers

3-Libraries are usually free to enter and let you pass time, doing nothing constantly will rip you out.

4-DO NOT do any drugs even if u want to cause you're in agony.

5-Beware of other homeless people, most will not help you.

6-Be creative with food, noodles and a can of veggies can go a long way.

7-Always carry some sort of defense tool, do not open carry ofc, but never get caught naked.

8-Don't be a snitcher, if other homeless doing illegal shit, u didn't saw anything

9-Try to keep yourself as clean as possible, you will need to enter public buildings without gathering too much attention

10-Dollar stores are a god send for hygiene and other essentials products for cheap

I agree with everything except the 'shower' part. When you're homeless you don't need to care about 'smelling good' or whatever social construct. There are free bodies of water all across the city anyway.
