Incels will be prevented from signing up, the remaining members will be divided into "normal" and "chad" categories (probably called something more like "basic" and "alpha" tiers).
-- Incidentally, rejected submissions from incels routinely are leaked by the foid-cuck alliance that acts as moderators. Photos ends up on normie blogs and subreddits where these shit-tier men are mocked without mercy for attempting to find a partner.
-- Alpha-tier men and all foids can sign up and use all major features for free. Basic category men must pay a small monthly subscription.
-- On top of this fee, foids can also set up payment requirements to see certain parts of their profile -- men can be required to pay to see a women's photos; to read their bio; to get their social media details; to message them (one-time fee or per-message); etc.. Of course, women can apply these payment requirements only to basic-tier men if they wish (or, for the gigastacies, to alphas as well if they choose). The money is split between Tinder and the women themselves.

These are zero-hours contracted deathnic immigrants who are paid to check up on the foid's potential date. They conduct a background check to ensure his educational, financial and employment details are correct, and then arrange an in-person interview to ensure he is not "creepy" or non-NT and that his height, weight and facial appearance are as he reports. Perhaps women can pay for an extra layer of service in which a man is required to solicit references from friends and/or family and these references are also checked out.
-- Chadfishing of any type is illegal and carries a jail penalty. It is regarded as showing intent / conspiracy to commit rape or some other kind of aggravated (i.e. misogynistic) physical offense. Asking a woman her weight, or if she has any children, is classed as harassment / hate speech and is punishable by a lesser penalty.
-- As part of the privacy agreement they are required to sign when joining, any information supplied by a user -- residence, employment, name, nationality, biometric details, etc. -- can be kept by Tinder and shared with any third-party agency, including the police. If a male user is reported as "creepy" or similar by any foid, based on an online or IRL interaction, this information is passed to the police. That user can be looked into on a precautionary basis if an allegation of rape, sexual harassment, misogynistic hate speech, etc., is made against an unidentified man in the relevant local area.
