(Very bad news for you gymcels, especially if you're cutting.) Cortisol output is increased in response to stress, including chronic stress, e.g. inceldom. Keeping cortisol levels regulated is very important for incels. Eating more carbs will keep you stronger and more relaxed.

2. If you're looksmaxing and have acne problems, you need to stay away from dairy and whey of all kinds. They increase IGF-1 plasma levels, resulting in the acne-causing overproduction of sebum and increased inflammation of skin follicles. [3] Skim milk consumption is directly correlated with acne in teenagers. [4]

I agree with the vegan diet being good, however were genetic trash so it doesn't matter what we do. Being vegan won't fix my recessed facial bones and my manlet height. Chads and normies drink alcohol, party, and have hookups without protection and yet they wake up with perfect flawless skin. We might as well eat ourselves to death because life as an ugly male is cope until rope.

Been vegetarian for two and a half years, then I was vegan for half a year and now I'm vegetarian again and I'm feeling so much better since I'm not vegan anymore to be honest. The constant bloating was annoying and I lacked a lot of energy (not necessarily because of vegan diet, but I ate too little). It's just more complicated to make vegan meals that contain a lot of protein. I don't like the taste of lentils and oatmeal can get very boring.
Also I want to start building muscle soon. I doubt a vegan diet is as good as an omnivore diet for building muscle.

I was vegan only for moral reasons by the way. I didn't really care too much about the environment, my health, world hunger etc.

Eating high carb if you mean starch is a bad idea and will make you skinnyfatter.

You can have an unintelligent vegan diet just like you can have an unintelligent omnivore diet. Nuts and seeds are good high-calorie low-fiber vegan options to get your calories in with no bloating.

Complex carbs are almost as muscle-sparing as protein. You obviously want to get enough protein, but the idea that starches make you fat is not backed by science.

It is very, very, very hard to get 100+ grams of protein a day without whey/chicken/fish or cottage cheese or going way over your caloric limits. You will have to eat soy like crazy. Lentils have okay protein but not enough either.

Post what you would propose as a daily diet.

There are virtually no bodybuilders or Hollywood body types that eat less than 100 grams protein per day.

If you don't want to eat soy or lentils, you can use wheat gluten or vegan protein powder. (FYI there's nothing wrong with eating soy. It has no appreciable effect on your free testosterone levels.)

I personally eat a lot of wheat gluten, oatmeal, potatoes, lentils, spinach, cabbage, apples, bananas, and oranges.
