For those of you who don't know, cortisol is a catabolic hormone that increases the mobilization of glucose in the bloodstream, including that which is synthesized through gluconeogenesis from stored protein, i.e. muscle mass. (Very bad news for you gymcels, especially if you're cutting.) Cortisol output is increased in response to stress, including chronic stress, e.g. inceldom. Keeping cortisol levels regulated is very important for incels. Eating more carbs will keep you stronger and more relaxed.
