It's not really "redpilled", just accepting the blackpill and realizing there can be ways to at least somewhat enjoy life with moneymaxxing and copes, "redpilled" advice would be more like telling you to just work out and improve your "game", and just solely moneymaxxing would get you a betabuxx depending on how wealthy you are; you can do plastic surgery if you want, it's just artificially going past the genetic potential that dooms most.
