When it comes to .-. .- .--. . and getting away with it, the former are much more inconspicuous than the latter. On my first gray-ass post here, I suggested that we powermaxx to the point we are able to do this. But I later realized, you don't even have to be in a position of status/power to do this stuff, it just makes it easier to get away with. You can find dirt on most people, most people have something to hide that they don't want getting out, and then present it to the foid, threatening to release it if they don't give you something you want (hint hint) - bonus points if it's something criminal or something that could cost them their career.
You can also just use straight up coercion; badgering them to wear them down. Or threats, particularly to pets, or to people they care about, or even to them. You can use other intimidation tactics to terrorize them, suggesting that getting you to stop will require a certain concession (wink wink).
I must emphasize that you should use common sense and caution when attempting any of this. Don't leave an obvious paper trail - communicate as little as possible on an electronic medium with your target, to avoid any evidence she can use against you, whether to police or to her chad friends. The other key, if you can do it well, is to make it seem like her idea - instead of outright demanding sex, guide the conversation so she gets the hint or comes to her own conclusion. I'll list a few example scenarios so people get it.
Scenario 1. Blackmail
Incel: I heard there's a video going around of you running around naked at a party. How would your employer feel about that?
Foid: WHAT?! What are you talking about?
I: Don't try and deny it. Would be a real shame if that got around.
F: What are you implying?
I: You know exactly what.
F: ....I'll tell the police!
I: Yeah good luck proving shit.
F: Please don't!
I: Hmm... since you asked nicely... but what do I get out of it?
F: Ew! You're fucking nasty! I wouldn't fuck you, pervert!
I: Ok, I take that back. You're kind of mean. I'm sure your employers would love to see this...

Scenario 2. Blackmail as well, with criminal/disciplinary acts
I: So I heard about how you cheated on that exam.
F: Yeah? What's your proof?
I: Wouldn't you like to know. Either way, you know our college takes academic integrity seriously. Would be a shame if I went to the dean with this...
F: No, please don't! I'll do anything!
I: Anything, eh? What could possibly motivate me? Hmm....
F: I'll fuck you!
You can replace that with any kind of disciplinary or criminal act. Bonus points it they did something that personally harmed you, or something that can ruin their life. You could also threaten to out them or other things that could make them feel jeopardized. Just remember to be subtle, keep it as much offline as possible, and try to guide her toward suggesting sex.
Scenario 3: Threats
To set up the scene: your oneitis rejected and humiliated you, but you couldn't find any dirt on her. But you still want payback. She considers you a creep and a weirdo, potentially a stalker. In this example scenario, her mother died. You leave flowers and a card on her grave around the time of the anniversary, with a "guess who?" message. It's written ambiguously enough that only she would know who did it. (Alternatively, you could leave 'gifts' or intimidating messages/gestures on her front door - but NEVER explicitly identify yourself, as this could be used against you.)
(FB messages)
F: I know you sent that! What are you doing?
I: I have no idea what you're talking about.
F: Don't play stupid with me. I'll call the police!
I: For what? I have no idea what you're going on about, but if you want to talk about something we can hash it out in person.
F: Fuck no, ew! I'm not spending a second with you.
I: Calm down, I have no idea what you're going on about. You're the one messaging me out of the blue. If there's an issue talk to me in person because I'm not entertaining this bullshit. The key is to leave minimal evidence - use subtle hints to indicate what you want, and leave little to no electronic evidence that can prove you used coercion or threats. It's also a good idea to study your target beforehand and know as much about them as possible before trying any of this. In some cases, it can help if there's some general distance between you, i.e. if you're in a class together, or work together, maybe give it some time until you aren't in that space anymore, because unfortunately HR and schools don't always respect burden of proof.
