I think it gets blown out of proportion. I don't advocate it, but I think of it as assault instead of being in its own category. Although I know that "assault" is a vague term. There are a lot of variables to determine severity though, such as dick size/how rough/whether or not its sodomy etc.

Well yeah, it's pretty much always guaranteed to be traumatic for men, however I think if a non whore foid were sodomized then that's equally bad for the same reasons. It has a severe punishment because, in the past, it was obviously very tempting. This lead to rape being heavily stigmatised and the threat of punishment by God was enough.

The harsh punishments are a deterrent because, realistically, if it was a "first time offence gets you community service" kind of thing, everyone would be doing it. A larger deterrent is needed to repel people from following their natural urges.
