Your goal is to break them mentaly and you do that in a cleaver way.
Small example if you Chadfish. You try to etablish a connection with them and find a way to crush them without being an asshole.

I'm not condoning brutal beatings, but yes, foids should get slapped around every now and then.
Remember that foids essentially remain children, mentally. Some, I repeat some, children need to get slapped around in order to keep them in line or to make sure they're doing things right. Same way with foids.
