I hated the Whistlblower DLC, was never able to finish it

Tbhngl I get bored of hide and seek horror games. I prefer more RE type horror games where you can hurt enemies but ammo is kinda scarce. Guns make the games fun.

played the first game in 2013 but i was too scared, so i quit.
Outlast 2 had too much running away, got kinda tiring after a while. Only the school parts were good especially the scene with Jessica and father Loutermilch

It's as you described above. I'd try it out if it didn't have that many jumpscares, I'm not a big fan of them.

Linear horror games are easy to play when you have low motivation levels in life and other games feel like a chore. They never let me be bored and i always have a blast.

The atmosphere they create is top notch. Just absolute terror everywhere.
The gameplay is the worse part, all you do is either run or hide in every situation. Jump scares are overused. Other games like RE 7, did a lot of the same concepts but better. I never played Outlast 2 or Trails though.

I think the first and the dlc were alright, i played it back in secondary school and everyone thought it was the most fucked up game ever, i did too but i know of games that are more graphic nowadays

I never played them. But when they released they were the favorites of normie gameplay youtubers who recorded overreacted lets play videos
It made me feel like a pussy I didn't like it I played the first one
Both are great but the first one was a masterpiece.
