For the vast majority of people you'd be living in really poor conditions, where most are simply too starving and working long hours to earn the bare minimum. Power is also a problem you'd be getting somewhat frequent power outages and unreliable utilities.

If you're lucky enough to be of a higher status like working a well paid job you'll be watched further basically having all of your devices wiretapped, microphones in your home and no access to the outside internet. North Korea is really it's own little bubble and not even us outsiders what the citizens truly experience and in the latest years. There haven't been as many escapees to tell us what life was like in there.

They can literally kill you for disobeying the government, so even if my chances of getting a girlfriend is higher there, I wouldn’t risk it.
 
I like their infrastructure that is in the past; old cars, landline phones and some of their aesthetics. Otherwise everything is wrong with that country. They persecute and kill Christians and other people for bad reasons, like trying to escape from the country. North Korean cult of personality is also disgusting

I don't care about the actual politics behind it, or rather, the politics they claim to believe in and uphold, but I'm so jealous of the Kim dynasty. Some say that lot live like royalty, but I disagree, they live like gods. They rule an entire nation and are worshipped by its entire populace...
