Genetic engineering is a miracle. The only reason people (Chads) don't like it is because everyone will literally make themselves attractive. This is a good thing though, if every man was attractive that would also mean they get health, strength, and height benefits, maybe even IQ benefits. This could only benefit society, I see no negatives.
