In 2017 I was at the store when some foid approached me and started making small talk. I was confused. I am ugly. Why would this girl be talking to me?

She kept on and on and I was like, "hm, maybe this is my lucky day." But, after a few more minutes she starts asking if I have insurance and such. That's when I knew what was happening. She then asked if I'd be willing to come down to some office and go to a group interview where she'd go into depth about her company and shit.

Just some stupid roastie trying to fool me into some pyramid scheme.

I refused her offer. Her mission failed. She walked away in disgust. She had to talk to an ugly incel and waste her time, PLUS, I didn't do what she wanted.

This is like in Welcome to the NHK. There are chapters in both the LN and the manga where one of Sato's classmates from high school tries to recruit him into a pyramid scheme or cult.
Pretty good reads if you ask me. The point of them is to show how fucked society is where just to survive by people you know will try to bring you down with them into their pyramid scheme, and being a pathetic hikkikomori just makes you an easy target.

happened to me a few times so i know all too well what that feels like
-First time it happened to me I was 15. A girl came over to my house and knocked on the door. Really attractive woman. She started talking about her day and then talking about me and wanting to get to know me. Early 20s if not 20yo herself. She kept trying to look inside and spotted something and thought it was interesting and asked if she could come in. I obviously said yes and was thinking she would blow me within the next 10 seconds like in the pornos. She unbuttoned two buttons on her shirt and then that is when she started talking about selling items. Was some scam or scheme. She asked me to sign a few things. I told her i couldnt sign stuff like that and she asked why. I told her I was 15. She freaked the fuck out and thought I was the owner of the home. (I used to have a big beard and people told me I looked older all the time. Even family members.) She quickly did her buttons again and asked if she could wait for my parents. I saod okay like a dumbass thinking she was still wanting to fuck me.

So my parents show up like 10 minutes later and freak the fuck out. She tries to talk about the scam and gets in real close to my Father and carresses his arm and then my Mom jumps in and pushes her the fuck outta the house. They then both have a very serious talk with me and for the next 2 days Im grounded and they keep yelling at me how fucking stupid I was and could have got the whole family killed. Im in my 30s and they still bring that moment up from time to time.

Foids never approach unless your god tier so if you randomly get approached instead of approached normally assume your ugly and give up

Yeah the weird thing is that if you're ugly marketing foids will target you extra hard, it's the opposite of normal interactions with women. I remember once there was one in the city who was ignoring most of the people until I came along then she suddenly targeted me.

They know ugly men are more likely to be receptive to their marketing advances due to being starved of attention, of course I just told her nah and pretty much walked past her before she could give me her marketing spiel. She seemed to pretty much ignore the chads because I guess she knew her looks wouldn't really work on them since they'll already get attention. Honestly made me feel like shit because I knew exactly what her mentality was.

I have the same experiences. Just 1 week ago I was walking with my headphones on. I always buy fucking colored headphones so people know I'm on my headphones and don't bother me.
