Benching 100kg is useless. Better lose some weight and train your facial muscles so you might get not rejected in your next approach.

This man should be a true inspiration for all you volcels. You could just spend one or two years going all out, and if you fail, you rope. Gymmaxx, crimemaxx for as much income as possible for surgery. If this guy can carry on after getting rejected from 250 women, you can stop being lazycels.
 
Gymcel here with 120 kg bench, you should bulk up eating carbs like oatmeal brown rice and pizza

You frame mog me still, but some advice to skinnycels..
It's all about your natural shoulder width and your pelvis size, if you have naturally average to wide shoulders you have great bodybuilding potential.
The most "Appealing muscles" to work on are in order
-Shoulders
-Lats
-Back
-Biceps/triceps
-Chest

With getting a Shoulder-Hip ratio of 1.6+ to be the ideal goal.
 
Lol i rememeber when i was 17, 5'4 like 53kg bodyweight never touched a gym in my life and i benched 65kgs for one and everyone was shocked.

Might find gymcelling a good cope when i start TRT @Bagelcel knows this,
 
I can't feel my chest while benching at all, tbhtbh. I prefer dips.

the plan is set now:

I will do smolov junior 3-4 times in a row

but instead of doing 4 workouts a week, I will do 2-3 a week to avoid overtraining.

Already did 2 workouts this week.

I won't be doing many other exercises though - only bench, squat and some light back work
 
I do calisthenics home because too high inhib to get framemoged by gym rats

Grip width doesn't actually affect the way last are growing and won't make them wider as i suppose you want them to be. Shoulder width grip is the best.

Besides pull ups, i'm doing lat pulldown machine, nothing else, everything goes pretty good so far. I would recomend go for chin ups if you want to put bigger emphasis on biceps, while lats overload remain the same, compared to pull ups.

Chin ups is basically curls+pull ups in the same time, lul. Or you can do pull ups, they target your back overall and brachioradialis better, compared to chins. But remember that lats always get equally the same, grip doesn't matter for them.

I'm doing 10x6 weighted chin ups and lat pulldown 15x6 everyday.

Then you must keep progressive overload and use more and more additional weight on your dip belt. Also training to near failure is vital, to failure even better.

the only problem is that my chest seems to intolerate more than 2 times a week benching

Good for you, man! I started by the end of the last year being totally weak and now I'm at 40kg on bench,50kg squat and 70kg deadlift(which is great considering I had severe back pain when I started), all 8~10 reps. Sadly I had some problems with my shoulder (bad form), but I'm getting better now. I hope I can at least lift my own weight by the first two months of the next year. I'm liking being a gymcel, can't fuck pussy, but, at least, I can be the strongest version of myself.
