GYMCELLING is a very important thing to me since it helps me cope with living in this degenartae west and world,

This past week i have been very bitter and angry, thats what happen when my best cope has been taken away from me,

I actually cried in my bed yesterday because i thought about all that weekly cycle gains i have missed due to the injury, not just that i cried about how everything doesnt go my way, my gymcelling sessions are fueled by the anger and hate that ive been through as younger kid. Thats why i have made so much gains and builded a godly work capacity and being to able 3-4 hour workouts,

By the way you can try stretching your lower body, if possible try martial arts.

It's been 9 years and not been able to do any exercise during this period. Been to all the physios and consultants. It's not getting better. I'm trapped in this body until death. Have reached acceptance and coping ok though.

Cherish your ability to exercise, it's a great source of coping. Avoid long term injuries. Chronic pain is hell on Earth.

im natty and i run and make my own periodization programs, i was peaking on the bench, strongest i have been on the bench

You can exercise at home with bodyweight exercises, plyometrics and isometrics. You can also build up your lungs with cardio; running, skipping etc.
 
lel i tryied getting into gymceliing. I fell on my way home from work and sprained my shoulder after 1 week of gymceliing.

I see, how much do you bench? Personally i dont like lifting. When i was younger i used to lift i generally focused on a pure compound exercise program with deadlifts(200kg 1rep), bench press (130 kg) and squat (220 kg).

1 rep max is 280, been training for 19-20 months now, also i have very bad leverages for the bench
 
did you have DOMS while working out I had a similar injury when I was doing military press

How much do you weight? That looks like a great number, also did you try plyometric exercises for explosive strenght? It can benefit you after all.

im a deadlift specialist, but i weighed 230 when i did that one rep max, im 240 @ 6ft3.5 not very impressive bench for that weight but im tall and most of my weight comes from my legs and back since i look like gorilla in that area
 
Gym is a terrible cope. Every time I used to get there I'd feel like shit because I'd get mogged. Even after 2 years of working out Chad would just mog me with his frame. It's a waste of time.
 
Gotta have more diversity in your movements tbh.
 
Goo take 34 showers a day, learn new languages, 6 haircuts a day, travel and make new friends, instead of rotting now

I got a torn pec and fucked up lower back, never got it fixed since I don't go outside. It's over for me soon.

thx no pressing movements for a week, only can train lower body and back for now, maybe some isolation work for the upper body that doesnt involve pressing, but im going to the gym today

Coach at my hs benched 625, he was a bloated manlet, plus his arms were short for his size, jfl his arms were so big he looked like a fat person wobbling their arms when they walk

He looked like he could barely reach the rack lol, this and it looked like the was trying to snap the damn bar in half
 
no offense, but if you're getting injured and you can't even bench 4 plates, you're doing something really stupid or you have awful genes
