That isn't a fault of this website, that's just the internet.
Even if you create strong rules like wizchan did, you still get a userbase who just don't mention certain things about themselves leading you in to the false assumption the people there are like you. But then they let it slip and you realize they never were, and as such, everyone feels betrayed. Pseudo-anonymity allows you to ignore it a bit better on reddit and chans.
You can't really have a place to vent and share your emotions that is clearly defined my material position and experiences, people are feeling the same things at different situations and circumstances. All websites in this day and age are people expressing their feelings in that moment, and then maybe they go elsewhere when they feel something else; lots of websites and subreddits these days. You can't have an anonymous place of truecels if you're an actual minority, you can only have a chaotic mess of messed up people like here instead. You just have to keep a suspicion of everything posted online really, no community on the internet can be real.
