what, I don't think anyone can access your medical record unless maybe you need to work with a gun, then maby you can't be a psychopath or something, but even then I'm not sure if they can dig in the past

For certain positions, mostly governmental your medical history will get screened. But there are other positions such as aerospace engineers etc
