Water for us. Fuel for newbiesPost is water, but what is that subreddit?
Women are hypergamous and only care about rejecting 20% men. Fisherian runawayWhat people deserve is contingent on the harshness of the environment they lived in. If that environment changes for the worse, they end up receiving much less than what they originally deserved and got. If working conditions worsen and standards of qualification and performance go up, fewer workers are going to have the intelligence, stamina, and overall ability to hack it out in their workplace. If dating and mating standards rise all of a sudden within a short period of time, those who don't have the sexual dimorphism to adapt will totally fail to attract mates.
So the question becomes, how can one keep himself competitive and attractive regardless of rising standards? Its only possible through continuous improvement and adaptation with a clairvoyance and predictive capacity to discern likely future outcomes, keeping himself flexible and responsive to chaos, all of which is a very hard thing to do.

Yeah but what that top 20% is differs from population to population and time to time. Social media and improvements in transportation has expanded the dating market for women, making us compete with top tier men we would've never had to encounter or match up to. Also, times have changed; the top 20% of today would be the top 10% or top 5% of past generations because of accumulated wealth and accumulated genetics, but during this time if your bloodline was unable to build up its genetics and wealth and lagged behind, the competition that you're facing is stiffer, where the gap between you and the top 20% feels like a gap between you and the top 5%.Women are hypergamous and only care about rejecting 20% men.
