Once my parents pass away, I will be truly alone. My extended family is like strangers to me and I don't have friends.

I don't know what I'll do without my parents. What if I get sick? What if I need help with something? What if I need to ask for advice?

I keep thinking I'd be one of those cases where you die alone, then only after like 2 months your neighbor finds you because of the smell...
