DEI is so much worse for workforce competency than even the pro-white racism that existed in the past.
At least back then the population was like 90% white or something so... even if all the races were equally competent, you're only reducing your pool of workers by 10%.
But if you're selecting based on how many transsexuals you have or how many blacks you have or something then you could easily be down to about 15% of the population, maybe less.
Black people have always existed tho, even though I don't like them some of them can be functional and act with reason.
Trannyism is a modern psyop for the mentally ill and degenerate.
They are mentally unstable and self obsessed and act irrational when people don't buy into their delusion.

The competency of different groups (average IQ, mental stability, etc) is a completely different point to the one I was making.
I was just saying that... even if you got a stack of CVs (resumes!) and threw out 85% of them completely at random, obviously you are going to end up with worse staff than if you included all of them in the hiring process.

On the topic of groups though... yeah I agree with you that the rate of mental illness is much higher among... well, all LGBT groups but I think specifically transgenders.
As for non-whites... their average IQs vary a lot, as does mental stability and competency.
