Men don't have to do it forever. They should be doing this selectively though.
Obly help family members and maybe co-workers. You don't want to upset your co-workers, tbh, unless they already hate you openly.
Then only help stranger foids if they are friends with family / co-workers and know you.
If however it is a completely random foid, refuse any help, even if she is raped, IF YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH IT.
In Germany, it is a crime to not help someone in danger, so there's that.
In that case, make sure that you're not seen.
