Women should be banned from the gym tbh (or at least there should be gender separation). As I still went there years ago the devices were occupied by women and they almost never used them, but instead took selfies or looked in their mobile phone. If you aren't lifting heavy weights or using any special machines you are wasting your time at a gym.
Those little weights can be bought and used at home. Tredmill takes up little space and can be replaced by outdoor running.
