The FBI is not doing that, that is the RCMP of Canada pushing out reports about Incels on a daily basis. The FBI is wrong on the designation of Antifa though, they are a leaderless and organized domestic terrorist group supported by the people and mayor of Portland, OR. Antifa & BLM cause more violence through their thug army of anarchists and others who really just want to create chaos by looting and rioting.
How did I get to this conclusion? There are many factors that are ongoing right now... COVID Pandemic. This pandemic have many agencies strapping down on personnel and other activities that limit basic operations on a day to day basis. Many SAs or (Special Agents) are home right now or have stopped working due to this pandemic, but slowly more states are opening back up so many will be back to work next year.
The political violence: The lockdowns were the main cause of this. A lot of people lost their jobs and (college kids) stopped going to class, soon people started to loose money over the lockdowns leading to job loss and evictions then the economy started to tumble downward, creating more problems. Then George Floyd happened and it went downhill from there with more violence along with threats of more violence if Trump wins the election for another 4 yrs. In these groups such as Antifa, there are many people who really fucking hate Trump with a passion and are mission ready to even go out to kill him such as that
foid who sent him Ricin. Antifa, BLM, and other far-left/right leaning groups are a far higher threat than an incel posting an edgy post that would even be ignored by many who have a thick skin.
