Basically, a 39 year old woman lived by herself, and her parents went to go check on her one day after she stopped responding. When they opened up the condo, they saw a man having sex on top of her and left out of respect for her privacy.
It turns out he killed her and was fucking her corpse after he killed her, and he escaped before they could see him again.
Just recently they found out who he was through DNA but he died before they caught him.
