same. i remember being obsessed with self improvement videos like hamza's. i genuinely thought i would actually get a gf and that my life would be better if i actually followed their advice. but the more and more i tired it i realised that it was all bullshit

This, exactly what happened to me once i came across the black pill it just felt so defeating like the hard truth came to me it solved many lroblems i was constantly frustrated with i dude i used to be absolutely fixated on self improvement i would read books i would workout 3 hours a day i would meditate i woukd purposely sleep early to wake up early before sunrise to run in my neighborhood

same man. i just wish i had something that motivates me again. i am always so fucking bored especially now that its summer break
