So here is what I think how a supercharged, modernized Nazi Germany (without the flaws like relatively small population) would look like:
Welcome to Nazi Germany of 2026, an authoritative European first-world superpower with the largest economy and strongest military in the world.
Germany has reformed from strict racial hygiene to forced assimilation and cultural domination, however, the state still tolerates racism as long as it does not threat the national economy/international relations. In fact, it encourages foreigners learning German to embrace German culture as a soft power tool.
Ironically, the soft power programs have resulted in Africans speaking German and wearing SS based uniforms.
Germany stands in opposition to other countries in that it is culturally and racially homogeneous, thanks to its leaders' foresight on robotics and automation.
Germany is deeply interconnected with the global economy and dominates virtually every field, such as manufacturing, AI, and engineering. Needless to say, a world without Germany would quickly go dark.
Germany is ruled by a National Socialist Party that vows to combine the finest elements of traditional German culture, racial science, Volkisch ideology, and socialist theory.
The people of Germany enjoy among the best living standards in the world, with the best infrastructure and fastest trains in the world.
However, the ultra-pragmatic approach of Germany, which had secured its dominant position, has also left plenty of room for ideological inconsistency.
As the USA declines, Germany stands ready to work with the world and reclaim her place as its rightful master
