Yes, on average male and female skulls are quite different and many parts of a face, especially the forehead, are very different between the genders and are used to determine the sex of a skull since it's very rare for someone's forehead or other those parts to look like that of an opposite sex. In addition, male skulls are also simply larger and wider, not just in total but also proportionally, which is why women often seem to have bigger eyes than men, despite eyeballs being surprisingly similarly sized between genders and across ethnicities.
