I am mandated by court, after threatening suicide by cop, to see counselling (Even though this happened a while ago and I don't need it).

I have to see a new counsellor, and in just a few minutes I have to walk in, brief him on the situation, tell him I've been arrested and that I need him to send letters to the court. This is going to be awful, but whatever.

Counselling isn't necessarily a bad thing if you use it to your advantage. No, it won't "solve" your problems but it can be good for clearing your mind.

Fuck this shit. Society wants you to stay alive at all costs, yet won't give you what you need to be happy. It doesn't make any logical sense for them to expect you to be bliss.
