Its not been 2 full weeks since I moved in yet, how is it already like this

Unless you can pay for a maid or something, you're gonna have to either force yourself to clean up or learn to live in it. Trust me, you don't want the latter. When I have a mess the hardest part is starting the clean up but once I see how much better the part I cleaned looks, I get motivated to clean the rest.

If it doesn't motivate you then you at least cleaned a part of your room or whatever. If possible I'd suggest trying to never make a mess in the 1st place, if you never have a mess you never have to clean a mess.
