This generation started in end of 2020. They are still making games for ps4. This year's call of duty black ops 7 and ea fc26 are still coming to ps4 and xbox one. the engine ended up in such a way that most game devs use retarded Lego blocks to program their game logic (Blueprint) and it has never had proper antialiasing and reflections at any point

I agree. There are very little redeeming games out there, and the majority of those are indie titles. It feels like there hasn't been a good AAA game in over a decade. Rockstar hasn't cooked in a long time and all the other AAA companies are throwing out woke, broken niggerslop and are going under from it. So basically the only thing gamers can do is play older games or hope that an indie dev makes something cool, which is 50/50.

The past 10-15 years in general has been one of the worst times, if not the worst, to be a non-Chad man in. You literally cannot cope with anything. I would love an alternate timeline where someone releases an Indie console with upgraded PS2 era graphics.

I mean seriously it’s been nearly 20 years since the PS3/360 launch and there’s maybe a handful of Samurai games??? That’s just an example, the PS2 had over 2500 games for its library.

Hell even some of the shovelware was enjoyable. I just want something that’s easy to make and release so I don’t have to wait 10 years for a fucking sequel. I want games to have perfect optimization, retro graphics but somewhat modern gameplay.

Is that too much to ask?

I already have a ~$2000 Gaming PC, I’ll never buy another one unless it brings back Retro Graphics for Modern Indie Games, if that makes sense.
