He's a good looking guy in my book! He worked out and lost the weight; shouldn't he be congratulated for that? He has improved confidence; he's happier with his life. Shouldn't that at least motivate some of us to at least hit the gym.
I went to the gym a few days ago, and I'm going back today. I'm a lot happier when I'm there, because it releases endorphins and dopamine, which triggers the reward centre of the brain. I say his hard work has paid off, and he deserves to be happy for it.
I mean, I don't know what motivated him to hit the gym, but he did, and he did a good job (better than me so far). But who cares if women don't find him attractive? He's happier and more confident, and he can always live for himself.
