A few hours ago they reported the thread/him to the FBI, apparently they found out OP's location??? But i'm not entirely sure.
Honestly I might make a thread on it there is so much I can say.

Initially, I was guided to call 911, because of the timeframe, but it turns out you want to call the FBI tip line or submit a report. The 911 operators will rerout you to your local PD, but the tip lines are the best bet still, even with this short timeframe.

I've reported to the FBI, but it's better if they hear from more than one person, especially when there are so few concrete details available, so they know to take it seriously.
