These are two different issue but both will effect incels. Society can't not please everyone especially on issues with inelastic demand (partnership) and no way of adjusting supply (you can't control the ratio of male/female offspring). So an incel's lost is a female's gain and vise versa. Before industrialization incels had more leverage in a society due to their physical strength therefore society made the compromise on behalf of the females ( limit their choices, some had to marry to a incl they aren't attracted to). After industrialization as productivity now concentrated on white collar jobs, females are giving freedom to join the workplace(feminism started ) and the social leverage of male strength deminished. That bill of female freedom are footed by incels(given free choices, female usually makes the same choices without the enforcement of monogamy). So yea, feminism is basically inceldom indicator in society. On the intersectionality front, there is globalization of the sexual market and the western push of feminism on other part of the world. Both have a positive effects for rising inceldom globally. Hollywood has been shaping beauty standards around the world for decades, and now with freedom of mobility at the peak of human history, phenomenon of sexpating/geomaxxing is disrupting the global sexual market. And as feminism being a part of western imperialism being pushed only worsen the problem.( Program them to make a certain choice and giving them the right to choose)
