Well, he's better off than most of us here, he still has a full head of hair, he can grow a beard, his skin could theoretically be improved, and he would look better by losing weight and gaining some muscle since he seems to have a big frame. If you want to go a little further, a rhinoplasty would give his nose a more aesthetically pleasing look, but it is not absolutely necessary. In other words, his situation could be massively improved by basic normie advice, thus, making him a meme would perpetuate the idea that we actually look alright (JFL) and we just need to put some effort into ourselves. Take BO2cel for example, no amount of effort he does will ever lead to his ascension due to his utter subhuman genes, so he is a Truecel by definition.
In summary, he has a pretty decent chance of ascension if he isn't a manlet or a mentalcel, using him as a meme would just fuck with our self-image more, besides BO2cel is totally a Truecel and him as a meme already serves our purpose.
and even if it's an issue for him he can easily fix it with fillers, surgery or squinting.
