This cope? "Manufactured Lookism Against Men"

Yes, I showed my mom modern chads she said she would run the other way. She said they look like freaks.

I read the first two paragraphs and thought to myself: yawn, cope cope cope. But as I read more I realized this is some high iq shit going on.

I must agree. The typical Chad trope did not exist before ~2010. And if you took Chad and imagine him as a woman you would get a goofy looking, tall, masculine chick.

There is no reason to believe this isn’t true. Women are so easily programmable it’s unbelievable. 40 years ago you couldn’t count the number of women in the United States who wanted anything to do with black guys on one hand. Now every other white bitch is slobbering over Tyrone’s BBC.

The examples of men that aren't considered attractive probably still would be if they were still young and starting careers though and the examples of Chads were ugly. So I don't think it's very legit, maybe some good ideas though.

Are those Chads really ugly though?

I'm on the fence whether it's caused by the media or not. While I still think that women biologically prefer superior men, the media does make the problem worse

That thread....what a joke.

Are we both talking this pic?

If so, I'd say yeah. These really wouldn't be considered an example of Chad by anyone but OP I don't think.

Thank the kikes for that. Started with subtle cute movies like Look who is home for dinner or something. Some white girl found a top black doctor to marry, guy wore a tux and was ready to marry her. At least they weren't pairing women with rapping gangsters. They had to do it very tactfully.

This thread is stupid,
It's a well known fact that high status males are perceived as more attractive by women.

Just look at Ed Sheeran, he is a cross-eyed ginger manlet and you can bet that he slays more poon in a month than all this forum combined will in their lifetime.

Gigacope. Those features are part of the mainstream media because they are attractive not the other way round

There is some truth to what he's saying. Female requirements for a man to be "attractive" have skyrocketed and are now unattainable for most men.

For example, this was Sean Connery in 1970s as Bond with a normal fit physique, vs. Daniel Craig as the current roided Bond:

It's now a de facto requirement that all male action heros do steroids, while in the 80s/90s it was just guys like Schwartzenneger/Stalone, and pre-80s, no one needed to.

So we are seeing a progressive march towards ultra-Chaddedness in the male actor demographic.

This represents more the fact that there is competition in the marketplace and everyone wants a higher and higher standard of beauty with each film.

In 20-30 years, maybe even actors like Matt Damon will look like incels, because every movie will only be casting male models in the roles:

The current limiting ceiling for male attractiveness in movies is the guys need to be able to act, and finding a guy who is both pretty and can act to any extent (eg. Tom Cruise) is rare.

Otherwise, if they could get away with it, I'm sure they'd already only be casting Miro-tier guys.

I expect there will be a drive to pick out these male model types and train them to act as it's the only way to keep the looks escalation going in the media. At least until we have photorealistic CGI and can create CGI ultra-Giga-Chads for future generations to behold.

He has a point, but I think he is missing the bigger picture. I don't think the way women act is because of the media saying that girls should be attracted to male models, but rather because of the complete lack of masculinity in the media in the past 20 years.

Millennial girls were constantly told that they can get whatever they want without changing anything about themselves. When I was a kid there were a lot of TV shows out there that catered specifically to boys (Dragon Ball Z, ninja turtles, biker mice from mars, etc). Now when I google "Kids shows for boys" I get fucking nothing. Every single thing is gender neutral. Actually know what I found? This bullshit

Whether they're science guys or adventurers, boys can choose from a lot of great TV shows with strong male characters in leadership roles. But for a show to be truly great for boys, it also needs to avoid stereotypes -- of both boys and girls -- and offer up a world that's made of male and female characters. That's why we've compiled this list of entertaining shows with awesome role models for boys. With so many iffy messages out there about body image, sexuality, and role models, boys (and girls) can benefit from talking about how men are portrayed in the media, and these shows can help start the discussion.

Basically what they are saying is that we need to make sure that boys aren't taught about masculinity but show them that boys can be in charge. What the fuck, man?

Girls, on the other hand little girls have a fuck ton of shows directly targeted towards their gender. Off the top of my head I can remember Hannah Montana, Totally Spies!, Lizzie McGuire, Kim Possible, the list goes on... In all these shows they openly talked about feminine stuff such as how to talk to Chad, body image, and all that other gay shit that me, as a male couldn't give a fuck about. The men that these girls drool over in these TV shows aren't liked because of their P E R S O N A L I T Y. No, it is because they are a hot Chad and these shows don't even try to hide it. Girls learn that they should only go for a man because of his looks and not based off other merits. In the past, where it was okay to be masculine girls learned to swoon over guys because of what they do and not so much how they look. The media embraces femininity and shuns masculinity. What is the result? You get a lot of girls feeling like they are owed the world and men who either act like women (soyboys) or are too afraid to speak to women because the media has taught them that is undesirable behavior.

Now this is where Lookism comes in. Since millennials were taught to hide their masculinity, they end up thinking of things as a woman would. I am not getting laid? It must be my looks! Which is true, but this would not have been true in the past since females weren't as entitled to getting Chad and only Chad.

This is only going to get worse in the future. The boy scouts is accepting girls in it, for fucks sake. Kids will no longer learn how to be men.
