Actually, the North Korea system works very well if you combine it with banning abortion and birth control. They tried it in Romania and raised birth rate to 3.6 something.

The only failure was that they don't have the technology to compensate for the sudden spike in birth rate, leading to a supposed crisis of poorly maintained orphanages.

Nowadays, I question the legitimacy of such claims; many people who lived under communist Romania, says, life was better back then and we know winners write history.

For the rest of us, who have no conditions necessary to fulfill the Juche idea in our countries, I suggest the following:

Some large Asian countries can run on classical fascism, which isn't strictly racial due to diverse geography of some of them while others can be full blown national socialist, in which, Juche is closest to natsoc in the modern era.

That said, in my opinion, the best system would be clerical national socialism - a more morally driven socialism for the people - religion is a really GOOD tool to justify policies necessary to maintain an healthy society.
