I think a big factor of personality is just have thought about things in advance so when a topic comes up in conversation you have something to say. Normies have gone through so many conversations, being asked about things, etc that they have a sort of basic worldview and know the general themes that come up in normal conversation, the limits of depth, how people react to what you say, etc so thei have adjusted their behavior to all these factors
