Stop for a sec and question: where did that lead you? Are you more satisified with your life? Or just more miserable, lonely and angry?!

Think of a river, the ocean, a tree etc. Any force of nature.

Does it meticously plan itself through? Does it go here and there by its own will?

No. Yet it happens anyways. or it serves a function.

My brain is completely fried from the chronic overthinking, I immediately start overthinking from the moment I wake up till the moment it’s time to go to bed, always trying to solve unfixable problems and frequently create “what if” scenarios.

You’re right, overthinking is a disease, but the problem is that it’s easier said than done to stop thinking especially when i’m constantly reminded about how subhuman I am and being bombarded with endless problems.
