Biking is a good cope. I don't enjoy riding my bike on the street, though, because riding in traffic is anxiety producing. I prefer places that aren't too active and don't have a lot of car or foot traffic.

Same here. I managed to find few roads that aren't crowded at all and I cycle on them every day.
