Experiment Think of making a Incel Reich mod for HOI4

I'm thinking of making a Incel Reich mod for HOI4, but I play on a pirated version and therefore don't have access to mod tools. Nevertheless, I have a great idea for a mod that I may make in the future.

INCEL REICH.

In this mod, the starting country (Incel Reich) will start with all tech unlocked (so called ultra tech) because of weaponized autism national spirit, and will introduce a unique and interesting focus tree.

The core state territory will consist of Germany and Japan (what was them), with Incel National Socialist Party (fascism) as the only choice, with BlackOps2Cel as the leader of the incel Reich.

The focus tree will be the true gem of the mod. In the tree, you will be able to gas globalist Jews (that gives you an negative national spirit because of globalism), annex Africa, unlock interesting tech that isnt unlocked yet.

I plan to include insider jokes that normies can't understand.

TND: The last days of Africa focus will annex Africa

Turn BF-109s into BF-110s will unlock a new OP plane - the "Indian PA-JET" that will have lots of CAS powers. Unlocking this focus will make other nations condemn you for "using biological weapons)

Glass of Juice focus will remove "globalism" national spirit that reduces army stats, but the prerequisite is that the player must own Palenstine/Israel as state

Atom Waffles focus will unlock a OP brigade called "Atom Waffle" with 999 soft attack and the icon will be skull mask

And there will be many different fun focuses like taking foid rights away, state mandated GFs, racial segreation, all in which will give the player boosts in stability, war support and other stats.

The generals will consist of famous incels...

The mod will be watered down to be acceptable to upload to steam workshop, with edgy jokes passed as references only.

The issue is I don't know what kind of moderation steam workshop has. Obviously I won't directly include words like niggers so it's up to the user to figure out the incel meme references

Funny idea, but there is no way a mod that references famous incels will be allowed.
You will be mass reported by nomies.

Without buying the game you can't upload to the steam workshop anyway.
My advice would be to make the mod the old-fashioned way locally, and then upload it to a different site like moddb.com.

Etc etc
