All true. Just don’t be retarded and use it every day. I don’t even use it every month. Just very sporadic and no harm. Nice to use at concerts because it makes music sound better.

I've only taken it twice, first time was 2.5 grams, had negative effects so the next time I took 2 grams and still negatives. Next time I will try 1.5 but that won't be for a while since I only take it when I do something, which is almost never

Ok. Yeah I’m the same in that I only take it when I go do something, preferably something social. No interest in taking it just sitting at home, would just make me fall asleep.

Sorry never mind. There website is fucked and looks like they are being harassed by the FDA. I bought mine a long time ago. Hopefully they will survive this. Will pm you the details when/if they are back up and running.

Redditors acting like phenibut is some sort of hard drug and not a harmless nootropic is one of the reasons why they're banning it in some states.
