Just noticed a large scar on my arm that wasn't there the other day, and I've been feeling light headed recently

I only remember about like 75% of what goes on in my life anymore

Don't worry about it I fucked up my right arm with a sharp pencil when I had a meltdown and I bang my head into the wall all the time when I get angry.
