Summer is almost over and my school starts soon. Surprisingly, even though the university often makes me miserable, I feel better when I am studying. Having things to do make me do them and eventually make me go out and be busy. When I have no commitments, I have less and less motivation to do anything of what I planned (like go to the gym, eat a lot of healthy foods, read, work, hike, talk to people) and eventually I stop leaving my room at all.
Seeing the school approaching I even feel more motivated to do something. Because during summers or other vacations I very quickly fall into an energetic pit and stop any productive activity, instead spending time watching youtube videos all day. sleeping until 1 pm and shit like that.
