In countries like Germany it happens, I don't think they can reject you directly for that reason here but I'm completely sure that if they know that, it will increase the chance of them rejecting you to 100% because they will find an excuse to not hire you
In my country they select random people of my age to do mandatory military service in case there are no enough volunteers, and autism is not a valid condition to avoid it.

Unironically I think a conscript in conscription country is more likely to kill someone than professional like you. Conscripts are usually sent to the infantry with no choosing of their own MOS.
